Decided to give this place a try again after they botched my thick eyebrows making them super thin after I specifically said not to. Still no improvement. Have been waiting for 2 days for a specific brow waxer everyone has reccomended. I went in as a walk in on Tuesday someone greeted me right away followed by "itll be a few minutes" then 20 mins pass and I no longer can wait. Called the next day Wednesday asking if the reccomended waxer was in they said no itll be the next day. Called the following day Thursday and same thing that the waxer will be in tomorrow. When i asked what is the scheduling? The worker says she actually doesnt know. Why inform customers incorrectly wasting their time then? Ridiculous.

i love how my eyebrows turned out!!! Giya is so sweet and has AMAZING skill, i usually go somewhere else and they leave my eyebrows really irradiated and red. This is my first time coming here and id definitely be coming back!!! Giya is so careful and made my experience really nice and not painful at all!! this place is really the way to go for the best defined quality and eyebrows!!!! :)

I recently moved to the area and am so glad I found this place! It’s small, very clean, and the ladies working here are incredibly welcoming. I needed a long-overdue eyebrow threading, and the technician took her time to make sure they looked perfect. This is officially my new go-to spot. Excellent service and an amazing price at only $10!

From the moment I walked through the door, a friendly hello can be heard. I had an occasion coming up so I was in need of eyelash extensions. I drove past THE BROW STUDIO and wound up getting eyebrows wàxed, threaded, tinted, and a set of eyelashes. GIYA, was absolutely amazing, so sweet and professional. The prices are super reasonable. She explained other services they offered...needless to say I will be back! If you have a special occasion or just feel like getting yourself a little bit extra, stop in. Thank you all!!!
